8 yearsI spent 8 years trying to pay for my gas. Every time, once the call-centre person had stopped laughing, they assured me they'd send someone round to read the meter and we'd come to a mutually agreed settlement for the past usage.
Nobody ever came.
I moved from that address 10 years ago. Not a peep out of them. Sorry about that.
