Strictly speaking 'half' an island fortressAssuming the nuke was powerful enough to trigger the fault on La Palma, but not so powerful as to vaporise the entire land mass, the vulcanologists' assumption is that the western side of the island will slide into the Atlantic and create the mega tsunami.
And I, for one, welcome our new island overlord.
