oh yeswe get loads of recruitment agencies and various techie companies ring us for pointless meetings to try and promote stuff, we just roll out the "im sorry sir we don't take cold calls" or play pass the parcel and see how many times they can be transferred before hanging up.
msn also makes this easier so you can get people from 3 or 4 different depts in on it straight away!
