Fair play, but...Have lost count of the number of support staff who don't know what the word "flashing" means...
ie:
They: Is your light on or off?
Me: It's flashing
T: I'm sorry, did you say it was on or off?
M: It's going on, then it's going off
T: Well tell me when it's on.
M: It's on...Now it's off...now it's on...
Obviously not including you in this Jeccy, but needed to let it out :)
