Which Prize draws....Not really a dirty secret but actually refreshingly honest...I used to work in the place that sorted the NO's for Which/Readers Digest type prize draws...Lots of people would think that the no envelopes would be binned--But they aren't.... every other draw is actually taken from the huge NO pile..(you are more likely to win the lottery but still it is honest!!)
