Well,
We ship out machines with us, a mixture of Spaz s5's, (Boo but love the steam wand knob), Marzocco AV's, EE's, or the new paddles, all slightly customised (PID controls and downrated steamer elements), so I have machines all the time. However, if I/we want a good filter then a hario handheld grinder and an aeropress are great for cleanliness and portability with good quality.

If you're in London then we havea training room and do training and allsorts if you're interested. You can play with a synesso, spaz, marzocco or +4u depending on what is where as well as different filter coffees. Feel free to message me with any specifics though or just gen questions and I'll always answer. Everything but Espresso by Scott Rao is a very good read if you like filter and want to learn more.
