Roo steaks are goodJust whack on a bit of salt and pepper and chuck 'em on the barbie. Delicious, and way leaner than regular steak.
Kangaroo/wallaby mince is good for making burgers and spag bol, too. I fed it to some of my seppo housemates once and they loved it, up until they found out they'd just eaten Skippy.

Need a food QOTW sometimeHad kangaroo as a roast before (done by my mother, I was about 12 at the time), and it was lovely. A couple of my sister's friends were over, and Mum made them guess what it was at the end of the meal, and then had to confirm it to all of her other friends the next Monday at school.
So definitely know that the meat is good enough to make into a good burger without blasting it with e-numbers.
