Not quite the WarriorsI vote for 'The Wanderers' being one of the best gang films ever. It's probably a touch more believable than the Warriors. What with gangs forming largely based on ethnic backgrounds rather than whether they all like dressing up in baseball kit and makeup. Lots of quality songs from the 60s and farcical fight scenes. Bring it on!
The fight scene on the football field is a particularly memorable scene. Although I have never figured out why the Ducky Boys (Large Irish Gang) are seemingly all mute. Any ideas?
