Am I the only onethat, when being driven in a car or going somewhere in a train, will look out of the window and choose an object that can be seen throughout the journey (e.g. lampost, street light, other cars) and will try to blink, clench teeth, tap toes or all three in a repetitive patern trying to make sure that when I do this one of the objects I have chosen does not come into or out of view.
I've found that it doesn't work so well in planes so find myself to be pretending to sleep for as much of the journey as I can.
