Bizarre habits
Sandettie Light Vessel Automatic tells us: "Until I pointed it out, my other half use to hang out the washing making sure that both pegs were the same colour. Now she goes out of her way to make sure they never match." Tell us about bizarre rituals, habits and OCD-like behaviour.

The power of 3
Being of an ever so slightly superstitious nature (i.e. I get panicky when I see only one magpie – will turn round three times and say “Hello Mr Magpie”; don’t like crossing on the stairs and so forth) I also have a bit of a random obsession with the number three.
So when it comes to exams and so on I need to have any writing equipment in multiples of three. In case one runs out you see, and then a spare for the spare. Well, with finals being one of the more important sets of exams I decided I needed (for ultimate luck of course) not only three pens, but 3 x 3 pens. No matter that I’m sure pens could have been provided, I had to have nine pens. And I got really crabby if someone asked if they could borrow one. (It would have destroyed the multiple of three, unless they actually took 3 pens.) It got to the stage where I even contemplated taking 27 pens, but thought that would be going a little far.
I think I was known as the crazy pen lady for the duration.
