For the same reasonthat Indiana Jones was able to rid out a nuclear blast inside a refrigerator, being blown through the air inside an uncushioned metal box and tumbling across the landscape suffering jolts that must have been upwards of ten gravities and by all rights should have jellied his internal organs, then opened the door that held during a nuclear blast FROM THE INSIDE and staggered to his feet.
