probably notI doubt she'd have used constructive criticism from you anyway. I would have thought it was impossible to get fired from DSS so if that's not a telling issue I don't know what is.
I think if she had any sort of a brain hearing "I was someone who'd been on the receiving end of her 'customer service skills' at the DSS and there wouldn't be a place for here."
would be good enough. If she didn't figure it out then she never will.
You're paying her dole now anyways so she got back at you (and the other 16 working people in the UK) that way.
