This is a question Little Victories

I recently received a £2 voucher from a supermarket after complaining vociferously about the poor quality of their own-brand Rich Tea biscuits, which I spent on more tasty, tasty biscuits. Tell us about your trivial victories that have made life a tiny bit better.

I work in a call centre and get crap like that all day, 8 digit account numbers given in 3 seconds, with not even a "hello can I give you my account number?"
Many customers don't have English as a first language then spell a very long name very quickly in accents that can be hard to understand. Apparently it's my fault I don't get 20 letters right first time.

I think call centre workers find me patronising.
Because I give each digit separately with a slight pause in between -- I just wish I could let them know I'm not being sarky I am simply trying to be clear.
Though I would rather be though patronising and get things done than mess around trying to be understood.
