urrghh
Was given something like this about 20 yrs ago because i was 11 lbs over the ideal weight for my height.
I lasted barely 6 weeks as a spaced out non functioning bug eyed heart pounding useless lump.
Couldnt eat, sleep, read or watch TV, spent most of the time sat in a chair praying for everything to slow down.
Did however amuse my mum when she caught me ironing at the speed of light
