I had a similar thing happen (not the eye but the nurses laughing at me).
A number of years ago the docs wanted to look in my stomach in regards to a potential ulcer. In the US they sort of put you out with a similar drug for this procedure. Anyway, one of the nurses was quite pretty and must have had serious back problems caused from carrying around her two massive breasts.

They first give you some drug that is supposed to relax you which makes you high as a kite. I remember that while waiting for the rest of the drugs I was fixating on her breasts.

After the procedure was over and I was waiting to be sober enough to leave, nurses kept looking in the room and laughing really loudly (although I never saw the one with the big breasts again). No one would tell me why but apparently, you talk a lot under whatever drug it was that they gave me.
