This is a question Modern Life

Modern life is Rubbish, suggested Damian Allbran of Pulp
He might have had a point. What was better about the good old days, or conversely do you believe the modern world to be the zenith of civilisation?

My youngest is 4 and can't even read yet, however she can surf the internet (mostly for youtube vids) and work the media centre.
This is great if me and the missus want some alone time as we just hand the kids our iPads and sneak off for 10 5 3 minutes

So I'm upvoating modern life!

We do exactly the same thing.
Fuck giving him anything expensive to use though. He gets a £40 tablet we got from ebay to watch youtube videos on.

Having said that, he has found some cracking cartoons. Masha & the bear (back whe it was only in Russian) and a cartoon called Larvae being particular favourites of mine.

I think it's nice that you're happy to talk about your offspring on the internet. It breaks down barriers about mental retardation.

Should she be reading at 4?
I'm a terrible parent so wouldn't know.

Personally I think its a miracle they haven't been taken off me. Maybe they are breaking down barriers about parents with mental retardation

my mate's 2 year old son has his own iPad*. His favourites are videos of high speed trains and airports.
* could you afford that?

Two year olds with ipads sets a dangerous precedent.
When they grow up, they will want 24" tablets.
