In celebration of this, what is the nicest thing someone's done for you? Whether you thoroughly deserved it or it came out of the blue, tell us of heartwarming, selfless acts by others.

BistoAfter splitting up with my long term girlfriend I was in a pretty bad way, I was working nights so I was kept distracted whilst there, but the first few hours before work spent alone in the house we used to share together were pretty grim, my good friend Bisto knew I was upset and took it upon himself to ride over from Manchester to Leeds on his motorbike in horrendous weather to just sit with me and make me laugh for a few hours before riding back when I had to go to work. Its things or acts like this that make you realise life can throw a variety of shit experiences at you but with good friends you can get through em all, nice one Bisto!
