What is the nicest thing someone's done for you? Whether you thoroughly deserved it or it came out of the blue, tell us of heartwarming, selfless acts by others.

True story. We were passing near the village on a coach trip
five years ago and the guide said into his mike, "and on your left is the village where Maddie disappeared". Absorbed into the local history.
