I have had something similar:Whilst moving a guy on from Double Yellows, a bloke pulls up in front of him onto zigzags. He then gets out calls me a jobsworth bastard and goes into a shop. I smiled at the first driver, asked him to leave and then gave the second driver a nice flake (code 99 - ped crossing). I have never had an easier and more satisfying ticket than that :)
