This is a question Political Correctness Gone Mad

Freddy Woo writes: "I once worked on an animation to help highlight the issues homeless people face in winter. The client was happy with the work, then a note came back that the ethnic mix of the characters were wrong. These were cartoon characters. They weren't meant to be ethnically anything, but we were forced to make one of them brown, at the cost of about 10k to the charity. This is how your donations are spent. Wisely as you can see."

How has PC affected you? (Please add your own tales - not five-year-old news stories cut-and-pasted from other websites)

Well then, how 'bout this one?
www.blackpeopleloveus.com/

(Yeah, I know it's just a link, but well worth a look, especially at the "Your Letters" section.)

Is that roof high enough... or does it need to be raised?!

just been looking at the site...
That's damned hillarious. I'm surprised that there are so few ranting messages: I'd have expected the irony to pass many more people by...

Genius...

I used to have two lesbian friends, but they're not lesbians anymore and thus my minority friend quotas are below government required levels again. *sigh* it's back to the detention centre for me.

best thing about that page
is that on the letters page there's a guy saying (and here I paraphrase) "I used to work in a comic book store, and I can tell you that contrary to popular belief, black people don't just read comics about other black people, they read comics about white superheros too!"

amazing
