This is a question Prejudice

"Are you prejudiced?" asks StapMyVitals. Have you been a victim of prejudice? Are you a columnist for a popular daily newspaper? Don't bang on about how you never judge people on first impressions - no-one will believe you.

I've only met one

I've got one.
A few generations back, a couple folk got married.
They kept both their names, by hyphenating them.

Why does that make me a git :(

It Doesn`t
But the ratio is now 75% Git, 25% Non Git

I have it on both
Double first, double surname, indecisive mother. I go by my middle name and first-last name, but filling out official forms gets difficult.
