I don't knowthere was a glut of them a few years ago. Dislodging brick sets to cause people to trip over. Until the daft twats were seen on CCTV doing it.
They sometimes set up a small marquee in Hull town centre canvassing passers by. I was hoping someone would trip over the guy ropes.
