as a professional in the fieldI can tell you that 4-7 ml is a standard ejaculate, and that it varies greatly with degree and type of stimulation, recency of previous ejaculation, hydration etc. etc.
A normal teaspoon (imperial measure) is 5.91 ml.
Bear in mind that that little can go a very long way when unleashed. try collecting yours in a small measuring cylinder with 1ml markings.
