'got with' a young woman at a party - she stopped because she realised he wasn't a girl. He wasn't a tranny, he was just a fair bit younger than we were, had long hair, and I guess there's kind of an overlap between what a young man would wear and what a lesbian would wear. He was very embarrassed about this, but as I said at the time, 'dude - you made it with a lesbian'.
