Emergency Management PlanA former colleague now works for the government department with an office across the street. She tells me that during the recent floods in Brisbane, Australia, one of the department's offices was flooded to about knee deep on the ground floor. The emergency management plan called for all the department's vehicles to be parked in the basement garage. Thirty five government cars were towed out a few days later.
