I have both of these conditions.Yesterday I was out shopping and was supposed to meet m'lady love at half past five. I was in the shopping centre and suddenly wondered what time it was, and said to myself "I bet it's about a quarter past five." Looked at my watch - 17:15 precisely.
I will also routinely wake up exactly 60 seconds before my alarm clock is to go off. Apparently I inherited this from my dad.
