I too am a fellow emetophobic....I have thrown up only twice in the last 20 years. If you don't have it you don't know what it's like. I find myself worrying about being sick when I don't feel ill and then feeling sick because I am worrying!!! Don't talk about it much, if you have any words of wisdom please share.
