Akamai are experiencing problems right now so a number of big sites that make use of their global network are affected.
In case anyone thinks the web is a bit knackered in general today.
/edit - for instance, you probably can't get through to Microsoft etcetc

Probably.
There's probably an issue about which ISPs can view remote links to that space. You're better off with a catch-all like MSN groups.
