i had an emu version i tried to play recently
i think i gave up after one too many pixel perfect jumps let me down....

I used to use
LEFT = O
RIGHT = P
UP = A
DOWN = Z
JUMP = SPACE
*accidentally selectes kempston joystick*

i always used the kempston joystick config
but never used the joystick

I HAD A KEMPSTON!
and with the newer zx 128 you had to have a huge dongle thing poking out of the back of the machine. /mis remembers
