# Not seen Powaqatsi, but from the looks of the description its in a similar vein to koyaanisqatsi.
Naqoyqatsi on the other hand is loads of really crap digital effects which wouldn't look out of place in tron or a really really early special effects picture.

Despite the fact it was made in 2002.
