Sweet, I just made a well nice sauce for my steak sandwich tonight.I used mushroom ketchup*, mushrooms, mustard, honey, cornflower'n'water... it's come out really savory, quite pleasent, on a bed of fried onions in warm chiabatta.
* Turns out, this is actually like worstshier sauce.
