I think it still can depend on the compo to some extent.

This one requires some thought and image research, whereas ones like 'animate an album cover' have lots of imagery and can be done quickly.

I like compos that I get in my head way before photoshop is opened up

Or ones that wake me up with an idea, rather than ones that keep me awake trying to think of one.
