The tunic is Heydrich's, well, the one Brannagh wore as Heydrich in Conspiracy.The hat is a Wehrmacht officer's though.
Still don't understand how the sleeve eagle and cuff stripe are on the wrong arm, given that they're correctly positioned in the film.

Oh just noticed, it's completely missing the SD diamond too. Guess it's NOT taken from the film then.

Not me btw.The swastika armband was REPLACED by the sleeve eagle. The two were never worn together.
