# This would increase the appeal of that film by approximately 253%
Saw it recently. Wasn't that impressed. Saw 'Brave' on the same flight though, which was quite entertaining.

# Tangled is even better still

# Tangled is more fun, and sillier.
"Better" depends what you're in the mood for.

# most things are better than the winter episode of Glee that Frozen is

# C'mon, you gotta at least appreciate the twist(s) at the end.
EDIT: Although I probably would've liked my first viewing better if I had known beforehand that it was a musical, instead of being blindsided by it.

# Not really. It's full of dumb flaws.
Like, what use is replacing his ice-hauling sledge now the queen only has to snap her fingers and the whole town square is an ice rink? And the whole so-called "spell of eternal winter" barely lasts a day.

It's basically the same old isolation / reconciliation coming-of-age theme; it's just instead of a metaphor for growing up such as a girl having her pigtails shot off, this one goes just a tad further and gender-specific by incarnating PMT and a tampon...

# She *could*, but why would she?
They cynical answer would be, "It's a make-work project so princess won't be dating an unemployed loser."

The more likely response is something like this:
"Your Majesty, would you magically generate some ice blocks for free?"
"Fsck off, pleb."

# True, true.
And I suppose even if she did, he could always find gainful employment for those ice-cutting skills, such as being on-call to defrost the royal bog every time she's had a slash and it's frozen the plumbing solid. Not sure he'd need the sledge though, unless she'd had a particularly massive dump.

# Actually wasn't that impressed first time I saw it.
Then I watched the video for "Let It Go" about 147 times and got hooked.

# I can't remember a single song from Tangled
but I'd still rather watch that any time.

P.S. If you look at the backs of the heads of the visiting dignitaries as they're welcomed in the courtyard ahead of the coronation in Frozen, you can spot Rapunzel's final light brown spiky haircut.
