threadjack: i hate pointless arguments. according to my irish flatmate, becuase he is going travelling to new york and australia amongst many others, and i am not, he is the better person. i am an 'insular englishman, xenophobic and arrogant' he is a northern irish catholic who is a total atheist. i am insular because i dont know the name of the irish pm, he is doing a media degree and thinks that alexander graham bell invented the lightbulb.

we are like an elderly couple. he spat in my shoes the other day.
