What is the best solution for blocking spam on outlook express / windows XP?

One of my mail accounts has suddenly started getting 150+ spams per day...

i had that
i used the rules wizard to just not download antyhing with viagra or hilton or other relevant keywords in from the server and now i'm almost spamfree

well
you could set it to not download messages until requested... that way you can just look through the headers, most spam stands out a mile with it's ridiculous spelling
