a flamewar with Baz?
Is that wise?

# I refuse to participate in a flamewar
with someone who can't spell "arse". I do have standards, you know.

# Well, there's a bit going on on 4rthur,
but it's desperately dull. Haven't got anyone anywhere near threatening suicide yet.

# Probaly not
but his attitude is the downfall of b3ta.

In real life he is probaly a meek nice-guy, and only acts like the way he does on this board because he himself used to get bullied.

Probaly thinks he is really 'cool' and talks to his co-workers about all his 'friends', leaving out the whole 'on the internet' bit.

# Um,
it's just a bit of entertainment during those quiet moments at work.
(, Tue 3 Feb 2004, 15:58, archived)
# That's fair enough
but wouldn't it be nicer to be 'nice'?

At the end of the day, it's just an internet-board, so no one sirously gets upset by it. But maybe if you were nice, people would be nice back, and suddenly you'ld be open to a whole world of social events and even buisness contacts.

I mean, you are probaly welcome to any kindda bash stuff anyway (and probaly have even been to more than I), but instead of lurkers/newbs/me avoiding you, you might get a drink in and a whole real-life social thing.
