Fair point.However, the mysterious meeting remains the wild card in this equation. And bear in mind that Saddam and bin Laden espouse radically different politics and in fact quite strongly dislike each other. Everyone in politics has always known this. It still remains pretty clear that the US administration has little or no wish to actually apprehend bL.
