I think it was the fact that the wheelchair users were at the front row and he tried to claim that he always mocks the front row so he was being 'p.c.' (nick, nick) by refusing to do the show as he didn't want to mock the disabled. How fucking patronising!

Ah because then he would feel as if
he was ignoring the front row of disabled people. It's amazing how people of prejudice get themselves into such a moral tangle over something which should be common-sense (i.e. yes, they are disabled and yes, they do have a sense of humour which includes self-mockery and being able to laugh at themselves)
