# A chuffing great yawn.
Why is everyone so keen to list what they are eating for lunch? Or is it just a bunch of Billy-no-mates scrabbling for meager peer recognition over the lunch of the day?

But only because I fear it due to a lack of understanding

# it's merely a daily interlude
that, although it should have petered out long ago, has now been going for so long it can probably never end. It's less of a glorified threadwaste than certain other daily posts because at least the Duke has to mis-type a whole new bunch of words everyday, and sometimes they're funny.

and I'm contemplating taking back the badge ;) (only joking)

I suppose it was a valid question when you're not used to the stuff that happens on a regular basis around here, I suppose none of us had stopped to think about why we have Dave the Facts every lunchtime or why it's so popular. I think it's a filler for general lack of hummus, which we sit around most of the day awaiting something funny to 'shop.

# Indeed!
You're no New_Matt, he was the original and best Dave the Fact protester. No one will ever fill his boots.

Now, what's for lunch?

# I returneth from the holy sandwich shop of yore with...
A ham and tomato sandwich with both grainy and english mustard and black pepper.
(enough mustard to make my nose bleed)
That is all.
