BR2 was utter poo.
The first is one of the best films I've ever seen and is also a cracking good novel.

The manga graphic novel series goes on too long and is only OK though.

Bought it by accident a couple of years ago (was half-cut and didn't look too hard at the packaging, and thought it was the first one).

Had it unwatched for a year and a half until I got hold of the original (as I already suspected it would be a bit pants).

I was right. It is an utter abomination. The DVD is a waste of aluminium and plastic. I've seen a few worse films, but not many at all.

First one is great though.
