Not that 111kb is anything to be ashamed of. But as you start to attack larger anims, you suddenly run out of kb's before the nazi's chase you!
Here it is with just the frame sizes chopped down (removing ancilliary changes that offer little to the eye). (80kb)


Dropping the number of colours down to 32 colours, you get the same message across, the image suffers a bit, but now down to 49kb.


Hope this helps! (And for the other Nazi's, all three anims still fall under 250kb! So Fnar!)
