I just took this picture,
It's defrosting tonight, I'll make the casserole tomorrow night and then cook it on Friday afternoon.

The reason for all this palarva is just that I can then photograph it as I make it, whereas otherwise I'd have to get Jim to cook it and, frankly, she doesn't want to.
