Caesium is the CORRECT spelling. And it isn't Aluminum. It's Aluminium. Transparent, or otherwise.

It was first called Aluminum by Davy and later changed to conform with other elements ending in 'ium' ( something to do with Greek I think ).
European usage is still 'ium' whilst the Shermans insist on 'um'. Both are correct.
