I was working at Edinburgh University Pharmacy a few years ago, and a woman came in and said that she'd asked for some anti-malarial tablets to be ordered.
I said "OK, was that to buy?"*
She said "No, Kenya."
/because she thought I said "Dubai"
* as opposed to "on prescription"
