I had this great idea for a cartoon....
It would centre around 4 terrapins who accidentally get covered in some sort of chemical that mutates them and turns them into terrapin-men. They would then learn martial arts in a sewer, being taught by a Ninja master who had been mutated into a chinchilla.

What do you think?

You might want to include enemies....
...who have suffered the same mutation, and have changed into giant farmyard animals, say a sheep and a horse, who are named after music?
Also, their boss could be another ninja master who is called "Weetabixer".
