Although why he'd (or she'd, equal oppertunity jpg) be playing bingo in the first place I've got no idea.....

# I had this great idea for a cartoon....
It would centre around 4 terrapins who accidentally get covered in some sort of chemical that mutates them and turns them into terrapin-men. They would then learn martial arts in a sewer, being taught by a Ninja master who had been mutated into a chinchilla.

What do you think?
