Superb quality drives. I wouldn't touch Freecom, if I were you.

Edit: This is my primary backup drive, it's daisy-chained with 2 x 500GB same footprint drives. It feckin' rocks!

I can't seem to find much LaCie stuff on the ol'e Amazon, which is my preferred electronic supplier on the basis that I trust their packaging/shipping.

This is really much more of a difficult choice than it should be.
