edit: if you want to use the image uploader click "new post", upload the image, then copy the <img = .......> bit and don't click "submit".
then go to the board, click "reply" and paste the code into the new message.

there are less roundabout ways, obviously, if you can host and think and type.
this way works for me on the rare occasions I'm posting a picture and not just being "clever".

I was refering to single serve juice in foil lined cardboard containers that popped when you stamped on them.

I think we just called em "boxes of juice".
Instead of popping them, you can unpick the corners until the flatten out into a kind of raft, then fold them into boats.
