[challenge entry] SPN's baked mushroom with bacon, garlic and tarragon filling....

Dice and partially fry up bacon adding garlic for one minute at the end, drain off excess fat.
Peel and remove stalk of large mushroom(s)lightly butter outside, place facing top down on baking tray.
Sprinkle a little tarragon over gills (lamellae for the pedants)
Fill with bacon mixture.
Cover in cheese of your choice (I used a cheddar/parmesan mix)
Add sliced Tomatoes to top.
Bake in oven @ 190○c for 15-20minutes.
Enjoy.

Good call. I've done mushies stuffed with cottage cheese, herbs and garlic but this looks a good contender for mushrooms of the year : )
