Bit of flex on a soft selection, eh? Very nice work. I cant believe how smooth and high quality your GIFs are! Its the filesize and pallete limits that put me off making any myself!

# indeed, got to get some automated secondary motion in here and there
and for filesizes, just work your way down the list until one works:

256 colours (dithered)
127 colours (dithered)
64 colours (dithered)
256 colours (nearest colour)

after that it gets messy so try saving the anim at half resolution and resizing in the html i.e. save at 140 wide and then add width="280" in the img tag.

Also remember that b3ta is b3ta, and not the Royal Academy, fuzzy is fine :)
